eTip #4
Performance Tip:
Frustration vs. Fascination
Frustration is a left-brain activity. Try using
your right brain to resolve the frustration. Turn your frustration
into a game…challenge yourself to succeed. Instead of “I
only have two hours to finish my report,” think to yourself,
“I wonder if I can finish half this report in an hour.”
After that, think, “I wonder if I can beat my time with the
second half.” Try it sometime- it’s fascinating…and
it works!
