Stressing Out
Stress reminders…. we know these but get so
busy we forget!
- Remind yourself that you are not the general
manager of the universe
- Get enough sleep
- Allow extra time to get where you are going
- Laugh, then laugh some more
- Live within your budget
- Slow down
- Have backups: extra car keys in your wallet,
extra house key buried, etc.
- Take your work seriously, but yourself, not at
all
- Develop a forgiving attitude
- Delegate tasks to capable others
- Say no to projects that don’t fit your
schedule or compromise your mental health
- Be kind to unkind people. They probably need
it the most
- Put joy in every day
EXTRA: If you had to identify, in one word,
the reason why the human race has not achieved, and never will achieve,
its full potential, that word would be ‘meetings’!
