Communicate Today
If there is a problem and we talk
about it today, we get a conversation without heavily charged emotions.
If we wait and talk about the problem in a few days or even next
week, suddenly we have a conflict. The sooner we learn to talk about
problems, the better off every one will be.
If we can learn to quickly discuss issues, we will have more conversations
and less conflict. We also will have higher morale and greater productivity.
