Full Circle Leadership

Leaders often ask this question of me, “Why isn’t my staff member living up to my expectations? I know they have the brains to do this job and do it well.”

If you want self-propelled people in your organization, you need to understand what is required for continuous improvement in people. It’s a Full Circle Performance Success Formula.

The Formula states that maximum success is achieved when five key elements are in place: Goals + Skills + Knowledge + Beliefs + Reinforcement and then back to Goals. If these five elements are in place, it virtually guarantees success.

Most people want to be successful, but only about 10% of the workforce are naturally self-propelled people. Unless you are lucky enough to have a whole workforce of self-propelled people, you will have to do something to develop your staff into the self-propelled people that you desire.

Make sure that you have all of the elements of the Success Formula in place if you really want your staff to be successful. It will not happen by osmosis, luck or fate. You can create success! People & Company can help.
