Big Rocks and Little Pebbles

Want to run customers away? Don’t pay attention to the little things. Big Rocks are not responsible for your biggest loss of customers, it’s the pebbles.

I recently did some home repair business with a company and I needed to talk to one specific person. The person answering the phone said he would have him call. He didn’t. I tried three more times because this business had come so highly recommended. No return calls.

On the fourth try he was in and I talked with him. When I had told him how many times I had tried to reach him, his reply was we just can’t get that guy to give us the messages! Makes you wonder how many customers they are loosing from this not so little pebble!
