    People & Company builds your business by giving your employees the skills they need to move your organization forward. Whether your business is small or large, we boost your overall productivity and efficiency.

   When you hire People & Company, you are hiring 25 years in actually doing what we teach. Our programs are not from a dry theory-based text book. They are written from practical, tried-and-true experience. They are high-energy, interactive and powerful.

   Sandra's background in education gives her the teaching skills to train your employees. Her therapy background allows her to identify and help change negative mindsets, and her experience as a sales director allows her to "sell" your employees on their new behaviors.


Courses
   Courses are intensive sessions for up to 18 employees and include customized assessments and individual follow ups. They include 2 days of classes. Total time 3-4 days, depending on number of employees.

Retaining Quality Employees  teaches how to develop, support and maintain loyalty in an increasingly employee-driven market.

A Course on Leadership  is designed to teach supervisors and managers how to coach employees to exceed themselves. They will learn to understand diversity, handle change, give clear expectations and specific team-building goals. Supervisors and managers will learn coaching techniques that create pride in their people and unity through shared goals.

Leading by Example  is a course designed for lead workers to give them more skills in setting the pace for others. They will learn to manage performance, give clear directions, handle problems and use goals to create excitement in their teams.

The Customer Service Edge  teaches employees how to retain current customers, gain referrals, handle irate customers and apply win/win strategies. Personal development skills make this a reality and give your employees what they need to provide excellent service to your customers.
